Update

Our engineers have implemented additional measures to bring us to resolution. Calls are working both inbound and outbound, please contact support if you continue to experience issues. We are continuing to monitor the situation closely.

Our engineers confirm a fix has been deployed. Although we have seen significant improvements, some, clients may still be experiencing intermittent issues including call failed to establish errors, dead air and call drops.

The entire team is working on these issues and treating this as a high priority.
